Join in as together we actively take excess tension, torque and stress out of the body, improve flexibility and get unstuck. 

Support your body’s innate health, vibrancy, energy and need for movement.

Utilizing the innovative Ki-Hara Resistance stretching together we will build and support our bodys’ flexibility and resilience. This is not your conventional stretching. No equipment is needed.

 

Class will close with an optional 15 minutes of QiGong Healing Practice

Qi Gong is an ancient exercise and healing technique rooted in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts. It’s a combination of movements and postures, intended to balance and align your body's natural ability to bring about self healing and understanding. If you've seen Tai Chi, it looks similar, only simpler, and more repetitive. 



A Master Trainer in Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching as well as a Holistic Lifestyle coach (long before it was a thing) Susan Bianchi has been on the leading edge. She has helped professional, and collegiate athletes as well as high achievers perform at their peak for nearly 20 years. She has trained therapists and led well over 100 workshops across the country. At 54, she is passionate in helping her clients dispel the belief that aches and pains are a part of aging. Instead they can believe in their body again and continue to do the things they love to do. 

 

For the next couple of weeks, Susan is offering this at no charge in support of the health and well being of the community at large and in gratitude and support of her clients,The Restoration Space community, the Ki-Hara family, the B.A.A.L.L. community and all those she considers family (in no particular order).

Join in in this lively 30 minute burst as we get the body moving and keeping it strong and agile. We will be actively working on flexibility, stability, strength and activation using our body weight as the tool. Take a 30 minute break to give the body a boost!
