What do I wear to a session? 

Comfortable workout attire is perfect. In a one on one session we will be moving your body in multiple planes, so clothes that stretch works great.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes in length

Will I be sore after a session?

While it varies from individual to individual, some may feel some areas of “soreness” in their body as muscles that haven’t been working are awakened, as if you had done a strength workout. This is usually felt after the initial session and subsequent sessions there is little to no soreness. Most however do not feel sore after a session.
