A mindful practice of QiGong at the end of the flexibility sessions for those that wish to empower their internal healing ability. Working within.


Bodyweight Strength

Add dynamic Bodyweight Training and build the strength and freedom to move that you’ve wanted. Building on the flexibility stretching sessions, these sessions go hand in hand in moving you forward, safely, effectively and powerfully. NO Equipment Needed.
